Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
• Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
• Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
• Developing treatment plans (IEPs) that are strength-based as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement.

Education & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP License in Massachusetts
