Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 52k - 60k per year

We are currently seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional mental health services.
ition Summary
The Mental Health Counselor is responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical services in accordance with facility standards and the clinical philosophy of the program. This role includes providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with a team of professionals to support client progress and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with CARF guidelines
Facilitate clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy, and therapeutic group sessions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Clinical Record (ECR) in compliance with program policies
Participate in utilization review processes and provide necessary documentation
Assist in developing aftercare plans and contribute to outcome data tracking
Support program curriculum development, research, and internal training initiatives
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and provide crisis intervention when needed
Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
Licensure required at the master's level (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Experience:
Preferred experience in mental health, trauma, eating disorders, and/or substance use treatment
CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (current)
