We are currently seeking a skilled andpatient-focused Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join ourcollaborative team and support our growing practice.PrimaryResponsibilitiesPerform respiratory assessments and delivertherapeutic interventions for patients with sleep-related breathingdisorders.Administer and monitor CPAP/BiPAP therapy, includingsetup, titration, and troubleshooting.Educate patients onrespiratory equipment use, care, and compliancestrategies.Collaborate with sleep physicians and clinical staff todevelop and implement individualized care plans.Maintain accurateand timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatorystandards.Assist with diagnostic testing and support sleep studyoperations as needed.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughoutall procedures.Required Skills & QualificationsCurrent RRTcredential and Oregon state licensure (or eligibility).Strongknowledge of PAP therapy and respiratory care protocols.Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail andability to work independently.Proficiency in patient education andequipment troubleshooting.Preferred QualificationsExperience in asleep medicine or pulmonary care setting.Familiarity with EMRsystems and digital clinical workflows.Background in patientcompliance monitoring and follow-up.Understanding of insuranceprocesses and DME documentation.Why Join Us?Be part of asupportive, multidisciplinary team.Make a meaningful impact onpatients' sleep health and quality of life.Enjoy a consistentweekday schedule with no overnight shifts.Access to continuingeducation and professional development.Competitive salary and acomprehensive benefits package.If you're passionate aboutrespiratory care and committed to improving patient outcomes, we'dlove to hear from you.
