Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Lead therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals.
• Carefully monitor and document student progress to adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.
• Involve and educate families in the therapy process to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
