Job Description
An opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in an engaging elementary school environment. This role focuses on a diverse caseload spanning preschool to elementary levels, addressing various speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, preferred.
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location:
- Howell, MI, serving two or more elementary schools.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
