JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our Physical Therapists provide direct patient care to

adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. This position uses a

variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum

functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain.

Performs related duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications: Doctorate,

master\'s, or bachelor\'s degree from an accredited school of Physical

Therapy. Current WI licensure as Physical Therapist, or eligibility

Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date. Preferred

qualifications: At least 2 years of Experience as a Physical Therapist

Recommend membership in related professional organization. Benefits: At
