We are seeking a licensed Part-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide top-notch physical therapy services to residents recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Youll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, promote mobility, and improve the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct PT services based on treatment goals
Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
