Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity Franklin, TN

Sunbelt Staffing is excited to offer a fully virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the next school year. This role allows a passionate SLP to provide teletherapy services to students in a flexible and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual speech and language therapy to school-aged children.

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress remotely.

• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support student success.

• Utilize technology and telepractice best practices to engage students effectively.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and comply with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification appropriate for your practicing state.

• Experience or strong interest in teletherapy and virtual service delivery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.

• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs.
