A forward-thinking school district in Odessa, DE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students from elementary through age 22 programs. This full-time, itinerant position covers multiple school sites and offers a collaborative, tech-savvy work environment.

• Deliver physical therapy services aligned with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development

• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families

• Maintain documentation using the districts IEP platform

• Travel between school sites (mileage reimbursed)

• Valid Delaware PT license

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy or willing to learn new systems

• District provides IEP system training

• Dedicated therapy space at schools

• Caseload/workload details discussed during interview
