School-Based SLP Opening for NSY Supportive District in Hendersonville, TN

We are working with a welcoming and student-focused school district near Hendersonville, TN, to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the next school year (NSY). This district is known for its collaborative culture, supportive staff, and dedication to student growth across all grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students with a range of needs.

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; write and implement IEPs.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication goals.

• Maintain timely documentation and progress tracking in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid TN SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

• Experience with AAC, articulation, fluency, and language disorders preferred.

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus.

Job Overview:

• Full-time, contract position for the 20252026 school year.

• Caseload and school placements will be matched based on experience and preference.

• Supportive onboarding and mentorship available for new grads and CFs.
