We are actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in a fully virtual position based in Montana. This rewarding role will allow you to provide remote speech therapy services to K-12 students, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially. You will work in close collaboration with educators, IEP teams, and other professionals to tailor therapy services to meet each students unique needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold an active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) License from Montana.
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is strongly preferred, though not required.
• Successful completion of VocoVision's technology screening is a must to ensure seamless virtual therapy delivery. (Hiring manager will provide details)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessments & Goal Setting : Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to accurately evaluate student needs. Develop tailored therapy goals that align with educational objectives and IEP requirements.
• Therapy Delivery : Provide direct speech therapy sessions virtually, utilizing a variety of evidence-based strategies and tools to engage and support students effectively.
• Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor and track the progress of each student, adjusting therapy techniques and goals as needed to ensure growth and success.
• Collaborate with Teams : Actively participate in IEP meetings, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each students development.
• Flexibility : Offer flexible therapy solutions in a fully virtual environment, allowing students and families to access services from the comfort of their homes.
