Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, providing exceptional speech therapy services to students across Montana. As a CCC-SLP, you will work with a diverse caseload of K-12 students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and success.

Qualifications:

1. Montana State SLP-CCC License : A valid and active license is required to practice as an SLP in Montana.
2. Preferred School-Based Experience : Experience in a school setting is highly preferred to better understand the unique needs of students within an educational environment.
3. Successful Completion of VocoVision Tech Screening : Candidates must be comfortable using virtual platforms and pass a technical screening to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Virtual Experience is a Plus : Previous experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Caseload Management : Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 50 students with varying needs and goals, spanning grades K-12.
2. Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students speech and language abilities to identify areas for improvement and determine the most effective treatment plan.
3. Goal Development : Create individualized short-term and long-term therapy goals for each student based on assessment results and in alignment with IEP (Individualized Education Program) requirements.
4. Collaboration with IEP Teams : Actively participate in IEP meetings , providing insights and recommendations, and ensuring therapy goals are aligned with educational objectives and student needs.
5. Therapy and Progress Monitoring : Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes for each student.
