Treating Outpatient Physical Therapist Center Manager

Position: Physical Therapist as Center Manager - OP Ortho

Location: NovaCare Silver Spring, MD

Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.

Compensation: starting at $90,000

Incentives: Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus and/or Indefinite Loan Help Available

Our NovaCare Silver Spring Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating center manager. This is a treating leadership position. You will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.

Our large clinical team treats a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include; sports medicine, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, dry needling, and oncology (ReVital) on top of general orthopedics.

At least one year of recent OP ortho experienced as a physical therapist (PT) is required to be considered. Previous leadership experience is a PLUS. Experienced PTs seeking professional growth will enter our six-month leadership development program.

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
