Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech Language Pathologist Soliant Assignment Location: Chesterfield, South Carolina Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC) ** United States Work Authorization is Required without VISA Sponsorship** Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Perform therapy-based services to students that will improve their speech, language, and communication skills.
Documentation of evaluations, daily progression updates, and discharge summaries.
Collaboration with administrators and the therapy team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students based on their specific needs.
Promote the overall safety, health, and well-being of all students located within the facility.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Position Details: Type: Full-Time (37.50 hours per week) - Guaranteed paid hours
Term: July 2024 - June 2025 (with the ability to renew for ESY and another school year)
Compensation: Based on experience, highly competitive hourly rate

Caseload: Multiple ages (K-12) across the district - Based on preference
Education and Licensing Requirements: Active - State of South Carolina - SLP Licensure (Or the ability to obtain one)
Graduate clinical experience in a school setting
Hold a master's degree in communication sciences & disorders or a related field.
