As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, guide patients through rehabilitation, and help them regain function, mobility, and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, activities, and stretches to maximize their treatment outcomes. Ensure patient safety by properly assisting during exercises and adhering to equipment and safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive, patient-centered care. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Kansas or Missouri, or eligibility for state licensure. Experience in physical medicine, rehabilitation, or similar fields is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing patient needs in a high-volume environment.
