Current State of Colorado Occupational Therapy license in good standing. Current registration with the National Occupational Therapy Certification Board (NOTCB), Current BLS Certification. One or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred. Key Responsibilities: Ensure reliable, punctual attendance and share necessary information appropriately. Evaluate and treat patients of all ages as prescribed; supervise and direct therapy assistants and aides. Perform and reassess patient evaluations, develop teaching plans, and involve families as needed. Operate equipment safely, maintain cleanliness, and interact professionally with patients, families, and staff. Complete required documentation promptly, ensure accurate billing, and coordinate patient care in compliance with policies.
