A MA health services network is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing team. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible) Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible) Responsibilities: Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the speech disorders Evaluate treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness Document plan of care and all services provided Maintain patient records according to Agency policy Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Therapy NJS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
