What You'll Do: Provide outpatient therapy visits to adults in senior living communities. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders. Collaborate with BAYADA's interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and techniques for continued progress at home. Accurately document patient care using our state-of-the-art mobile EMR system . What You'll Need: Current DE SLP license . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility under current supervision. Experience in home care is a plus-but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfort with mobile documentation and EMR systems.
