We're currently hiring a Full-Time OT to join our South Burlington Visits Office , located in Williston, VT , serving adult and geriatric clients across Chittenden County . This is your chance to build real relationships and deliver life-changing care where it matters most-at home. What You'll Do: Provide in-home care to clients in Chittenden County Conduct thorough functional assessments: strength, coordination, ADLs/IADLs, cognition, communication, and more. Design and deliver individualized care plans to help clients regain independence. Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to improve safety and mobility. Educate clients and families on daily living strategies and safety techniques. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and adjust care plans as needed. Document care using a digital tablet and easy-to-use EMR system. What We're Looking For: Licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont. At least one year of recent OT experience (home health experience is a plus, not a must). Graduate of an accredited OT program.
