You will play a crucial role in the lives of students, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for various speech-language disorders. Location: Coatesville, Pennsylvania Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs. Identify and diagnose speech-language disorders, developing written evaluation reports with recommendations. Create and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, particularly in IEP settings. Deliver direct therapy services for a range of disorders, including articulation, language delays, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to enhance student outcomes. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and clinical fellows as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation to comply with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. PDE certification if working in public schools. Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
