Strong assessment and diagnostic skills using standardized tools. Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans. Excellent collaboration and communication skills among educators, staff, and families. Proficiency in maintaining documentation and progress reports as per regulatory requirements. Location: Irwin, PA, servicing mainly within a K-12 school environment. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Provide therapy for students requiring support in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication. Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teaching staff to support student needs. Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports to document student progress.
