Qualifications:Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible state licensure
Strong understanding of speech/language development and disorders
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate with staff
Commitment to confidentiality and student-centered care
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech and language services to students
Monitor and document progress; adjust services as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
Attend IEP meetings and planning sessions
Mentorship and supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
