Position Overview:
Innovative Respiratory Care: Set up and operate advanced respiratory care equipment to diagnose and treat respiratory diseases and illnesses in neonatal patient populations
Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a resource for your colleagues, providing training, guidance, and support. Take on minor scheduling tasks and ensure high standards of work quality
Key Contact Role: Serve as the go-to person in the absence of a supervisor or director, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team

Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months of previous hospital based work experience, in the field of Respiratory Care
