Physical Therapist-Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Physical Therapy theory and skills.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

+ Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

+ Adult rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience

+ Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire

+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy.

+ Use of electronic medical records.

+ Physical therapy experience in clinical setting.
