Manage the Respiratory Care Department, Pulmonary Function Lab, and Stress lab to support the operation of 24 hour PRMCE services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations, and operational standards. Partners with Medical Directors of areas to support programs and fiscal planning of services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care plan. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Provident.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Respiratory Care program Or
Associate's Degree From an accredited Respiratory Care Program And
Bachelor's Degree In a related health care field
Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
5 years Clinical Respiratory Care practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Respiratory Care or related Health Care Field
Upon hire: Specialty certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
Upon hire: Membership to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC)
Previous experience in a leadership role.
