Occupational Therapist Assistant - Site Coordinator

We currently have an opening for a caring and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Site Coordinator to join our excellent team of rehab professionals.

Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a 5-Star not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers a variety of living options and services to seniors, including Outpatient Therapy. In addition to an on-campus outpatient therapy clinic, Lakeview's therapy team also provides services at six other locations near the main campus.

Pay Range: $26 - $36/hr, based on experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The COTA Site Coordinator assists in the overall coordination of therapy services within the offsite facility, promotes positive communication and provides leadership for therapy employees, and communicates with the offsite facility to build relationships and strengthen the partnership between Lakeview Village therapy employees and offsite facility employees.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Kansas as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Supervisory experience in a therapy setting is preferred.
• Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
• Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
