Job Description

Our outpatient physical therapy/family medicine clinic is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is interested in working with rehabilitation patients on a PRN basis. We help people recover and heal from a variety of ailments, injuries, and pain.

An ideal addition to our team would be an individual who is reliable, energetic, positive, and proficient with manual dexterity. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule and collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including MDs. PAs, NPs, and PTs.

Core Job duties:

  • Provides manual massage treatments using accepted certification standards including Swedish, sport, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage techniques

  • Educates customers about complementary clinic services in addition to relaxation, exercise, and body conditioning programs to enhance wellness

  • Coordinates with clinic ordering protocol particular to massage therapy needs

  • Responsible for cleaning of massage rooms and replacement of linens between appointments

  • Alaska Massage License
