Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of students? Join our team as we seek a compassionate and skilled SLP to support our students' communication needs and help them thrive academically and socially.
As an SLP, you will be working in a supportive school environment, collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists to create individualized speech and language programs for students of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, including those with speech delays, language disorders, articulation issues, and other communication challenges. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students both individually and in groups
Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' communication goals
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
