Physical Therapist - Part Time

PHYSICAL THERAPIST PART-TIME* We are a growing Integrated Healthcare Center incorporating functional, regenerative, chiropractic, physical therapy and clinical massage. As part of our growth, we are looking for a driven, attentive, and caring professional to join us as a part-time physical therapist. *Qualifications:* 1. Minimum of two years of outpatient Physical Therapy, experience preferred. 2. Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. 3. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or proactively in the process of the application process for a current state license. *Affinity Integrated Healthcare offers:* 1. To evaluate new and returning patients, set treatment programs and oversee PT Staff 2. Implement physical therapy programs/protocols aimed at maximizing function. 3. Establishes appropriate, functional, and objective goals based upon clinical examination. 4. Coordinate and implement the treatment plan with other healthcare providers, modifying according to patient progression utilizing a variety of treatment techniques including therapeutic exercise, functional activities, manual techniques, and modalities. 5. Maintains accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in accordance with department policy; chart audit standards are consistently met. 6. Develops and presents educational programs for the department as needed. 7. Demonstrates awareness of regulatory specifications/restrictions/polies; incorporates regulatory information into daily work and operations; is knowledgeable of Illinois State Practice Act.
