Our PT Staff enjoy a robust benefits package including *flexible scheduling & 100% licensure/certification reimbursement.* *Requirements:* * Prior experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred * Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPTE) * Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the Alabama State Board of Physical Therapy * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification *About the Job:* * Physical therapists evaluates patients' functional limitations and establishes a plan of care with realistic goals. Administers therapeutic procedures appropriate for all age groups infant through geriatric. * Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies. * Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses. * Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care. * Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures. *We know it's not just about finding a job.
