Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Provide onsite speech and language therapy services to students 3-4 days a week. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance student success. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Support a range of students with diverse speech and language challenges, bringing creativity and compassion to every session. Qualifications: To be considered for the Speech-Language Pathologist role, you should have: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. A valid SLP license in Massachusetts. Experience working with a school-aged population is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs.
