Most importantly, we train for leadership positions and our staff has first consideration for new growth opportunities within the company. *Qualifications*: ReLive is looking for someone that is motivated and passionate about helping others including their staff and the communities we serve in Northwest Indiana. PT will manage two clinics in Northwest Indiana (Crown Point and Schererville). Candidate must have 3 years experience in leadership or management position in an outpatient clinical setting. Masters in Physical Therapy or Doctorate trained, and licensed in the state of Indiana. Skill sets include the ability to treat all or most complex orthopedic conditions. *Comprehensive benefit package*: Medical and vision, 401K, PTO compared to market and a competitive salary based on experience starting from $90,000 to $100,000 and a profit/incentive program with attainable performance related measurements.
