Shift: Multiple Shifts, Days, Nights | Rotating weekends and holidays Employment Type: Fulltime (FT), Permanent Job Description: MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Northeast Vermont. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with respiratory disorders. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and providing high-quality respiratory care. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung function and oxygenation levels. Administer therapeutic treatments and medications to patients with respiratory conditions. Monitor and adjust mechanical ventilator settings for patients requiring respiratory support. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and disease management. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments and progress. Qualifications: Associate degree from AMA approved program for Respiratory Care Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligibility to take the NBRC written examination within one year of hire State of Vermont Respiratory Therapy Licensure At least one year of work history as a Respiratory Therapist in hospital setting BLS, ACLS and NRP certification preferred Benefits: Dental Medical Vision Life Retirement PTO #IND123
