PHYSICAL THERAPIST (two positions)* *SHIFT:* M-F, no evening/weekends *JOB TYPE:* Full-Time Permanent *Responsibilities:* As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with nationally recognized therapists to manage a diverse caseload of 11-12+ patients daily. Your expertise will cater to a wide range of individuals, from high-performance athletes aiming to return to their sport, to patients seeking relief from pain and improved quality of life. Both positions are in beautiful Utah, with one position in southern-central, and the other just north of the Arizona state line. *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct thorough patient evaluations to accurately assess conditions and needs. * Perform standard therapy appointments, ensuring consistent and effective treatment. * Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care designed to facilitate appropriate and progressive recovery. * Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support. * Other duties as assigned. *Requirements:* * Proven ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes. * Possession of a current Physical Therapy (PT) license, or eligibility to obtain one, with a clean record (no sanctions). * Demonstrated passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy, with a commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
