Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere * Flexible working hours * Lively atmosphere * Safe work environment * Hybrid setting (office and telehealth) We are searching for: * Individuals who are dedicated and enthusiastic about providing high-quality pediatric therapy for our diverse patient population * Current and effective OT knowledge and therapy skills with varied disabilities * Individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with other professionals, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively * Individuals who enjoy working with families and caregivers, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively * Self-motivated, organized, self-starters, with exceptional time management skills * Occupational Therapists with Georgia OT license, or Georgia OT license-eligible On a daily/weekly basis, our therapists: * Conduct evaluations utilizing formal assessment, observation, and caregiver/family interview. Report these findings promptly using our stream-lined web-based EMR, outlining therapy need and defining treatment to be rendered, and measurements which will be utilized * Provide ongoing education and home-programming for optimal home and family carry-over * Maintain concise point of service documentation, including daily treatment notes, plans of care, evaluations and re-evaluations Job Types: Contract, Per diem Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: * Continuing education credits * Flexible schedule * Opportunities for advancement Medical Specialty: * Pediatrics Schedule: * Choose your own hours Application Question(s): * Are you registered as an OTR by NBCOT?
