Speech Language Pathologist

Are you looking for a fun and collaborative team? _*If so, we want to talk to you!!*_ As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work with children to improve their receptive and expressive language skills, fluency, articulation, feeding and swallowing, and ability to use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices. Your responsibilities will include giving assessments, creating customized speech-language therapy plans, and individual patient care. Our clinic style is fully collaborative, meaning our team of speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapists all work together to find the best approach for each child's needs. We also have great mentorship programs, opportunities for advancement, and a fun group of people to spend your day with! *JOB REQUIREMENTS* * Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License * Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) * Able to work collaboratively with a team of like-minded professionals * Love working with children * Preferred: current member of the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or California Speech & Hearing Association (CSHA) *JOB TYPE* Full-time or Part-time, with flexible hours between 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Monday-Friday Optional: Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm *SALARY* $85,000 - $120,000 per year *BENEFITS * * Generous PTO * Monthly bonuses * Flexible scheduling * 401(k) matching * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance *ABOUT OUR CLINIC* Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy was founded in 2012 to empower therapists, parents, and children to work together to reach the highest outcomes.
