Location: Elma, WA Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week School Year: 2024/2025 (Starting ASAP - June 11, 2025) Position Overview: We are actively interviewing for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Elma, WA. This full-time, onsite position involves providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students for the 2024/2025 school year. The role starts as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2025. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs. Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders and monitor progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Provide guidance and strategies to school staff and families to enhance students' communication skills. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Washington Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
