As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life, from their home environment. Not only would you have a great work/life balance as a home health PT, but you would alsoreceive *Premium Pay $60-$75 per hour! * *Job Description:* * Perform PT assessment and develop a plan of care. Provide therapeutic interventions. * Educate patient's and family members on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve ADL's * Collaborate with your interdisciplinary team * Organize your schedule and autonomy in the field * Drive time paid at your hourly rate, along with mileage reimbursement! *Qualifications/Licenses:* * Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program * CPR certification/BLS card * Driver's License and Insurance * Job training provided *Schedule:* * Flexible schedule, hours depend upon part-time or full-time * Monday-Friday * If you desire a position with autonomy and flexiblity, we invite you to join our team!
