Apply so you can have the opportunity of being part of the Revhab Family! *Job Description:* * Evaluate clients & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. * Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently. * Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them. * Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. * Maintain safe and clean working environment. * Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records. * Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort. *Qualifications/Requirements:* * Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. * Current and valid NY State Speech Language Pathology License. * Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred. * Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. * Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Long Beach, NY 11561: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
