Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Columbus, OH Pay: Competitive rate of $50-60+ per hour Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, Matching 401(k) Job Description: Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and therapy outcomes. Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Ohio. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
