Provide Speech-Language Pathology services to patients by assessing, diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent disorders related to speech-language therapy. *Shift* Must work at least 8 hours per day 5 days a week during normal office hours. No holidays, no nights. No weekends. Office hours are 6:30am-5:30pm *Pay $*_53.50 per hour -$62.25 per hour DOE_ *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES* * Conducts speech-language pathology services, as appropriate. * Completes speech-language pathology evaluations and re-evaluations as prescribed/needed with reference to company dosing guidelines. * Completes formal written reports of evaluation findings within seven business days of evaluations. * Develops individualized speech-language pathology plans. Reviews and updates each patient's treatment plan after re-evaluations and/or as needed. * Completes Service Note in Patient Manager after evaluations. * Completes Therapy Note in Patient Manager to document therapy services provided. * Assists with completion of other documentation related to speech-language evaluations and therapy, as appropriate. * May supervise college/university therapy students. * Supervise Speech-Language Pathologists during their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as needed. * Refers patients for additional clinical services, as needed. * Attends and actively participates in job-related functions such as parent meetings, peer reviews, workshops, and mandatory trainings, as indicated. * Maintains familiarity with health and safety guidelines, including standard precautions and daily operating procedures. * Represents the program to parents, visitors, and the public in a positive way. * Completes continuing education needed to maintain professional licensure. * May perform other related or non-related duties, as assigned. *QUALIFICATIONS* *Education/ Certification: * * Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university. * Current license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of Arkansas. * A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or working towards CCC during Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). * Current ASHA membership unless completing CFY. *Experience/ Knowledge:* * At least one year of successful experience in a similar position preferred.
