Manassas SLP CFY Opportunity

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. In this role, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with communication challenges reach their full potential. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions to address a variety of speech and language disorders. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs/treatment goals (specify depending on the setting). Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and/or small group settings. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, medical professionals, and families to ensure a cohesive and successful treatment approach. Document progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes. Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited university. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for ASHA certification (CF-SLP). Virginia state licensure Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment, intervention, and program development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices.
