Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy treatment and services to patients/residents in a nursing home, as well as outpatient and hospital inpatients. Collaborate closely with in-house providers to deliver high-quality care. Manage a case load of approximately 8 patients per day. Requirements: BS Degree in Physical Therapy (PT). Current CPR certification and BLS preferred. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours guaranteed per week. Flexible hours, mainly from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
