Screening, Identifying, and Diagnosing disorders of communication including articulation, voice, language, and fluency. Use state eligibility criteria to make decisions regarding service eligibility. Provide treatment and intervention, including consultation and follow-up to children, with communication disorders. Determine specific, reasonable, and appropriate goals and objectives and measure treatment outcomes through a program of periodic monitoring and data collection.
