Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Elkton, Maryland, for the 2024-25 school year. This full-time position involves working with infants and toddlers, providing essential speech and language support. The role requires 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible interview process available via Zoom or in-person. Position Details: Location: Elkton, MD Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Dates: August 26, 2024 - June 13, 2025 Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday Work Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM (tentative), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Hourly Rate: 22-32 Caseload: Infants and toddlers Interview: Zoom or in-person interview options available Responsibilities: Provide speech and language support to infants and toddlers under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Assist in the development and implementation of therapy plans. Monitor and document student progress. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development. Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for SLPA licensure in Maryland. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred but not required.
