Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,969 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS NRP Minnesota Respiratory Therapist (RT) License Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Details A respiratory therapist provides assessment treatment and monitoring of cardiopulmonary disease across the continuum of care. Functions as part of an interdisciplinary team that coordinates and provides continuity of care in a financially responsible manner. Able to quickly and accurately assess a patient's condition and communicates effectively to the care team concerning changes in patient's condition, results of diagnostic studies, symptomatology, and response to treatment. Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy. Basic computer literacy. National Board for Respiratory Care Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required prior to first day of employment. Must have or obtain a current Minnesota Respiratory Therapist (RT) license before first date of employment. Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required upon hire or by the end of one year of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Function with initiative and independent judgment. Desire for continuous quality improvement. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or healthcare related field preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred. Additional NBRC specialty credentials preferred.
