Job Description

Marshfield, WI
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Manage a caseload of 30-35 students, primarily focusing on K-8 grades.
- Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals and related staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or be a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings.
- Familiarity with diverse populations, including English Language Learners (EL).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
