Speech Language Pathologist

In this school-based role, you'll play a critical part in helping students access their education, express themselves confidently, and overcome barriers that stand in the way of learning.

• Conducting speech and language evaluations for students in grades K12

• Developing and delivering individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals

• Providing both direct and consultative services in classroom and pull-out settings

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and special education teams

• Attending and contributing to IEP meetings and student progress reviews

• Keeping thorough, compliant records and progress documentation

• Ensuring adherence to IDEA, WAC, and district-level special education standards
