Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with district teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

• Prepare and deliver clear, concise PPT Meetings to communicate speech-language evaluation results, therapy plans, and progress updates during multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Write Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student needs and assessments.

• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing in compliance with district and state standards.

• Train and support teachers and staff with strategies to improve student participation and educational progress.

• Deliver direct or consultative speech-language services in individual, small group, or classroom settings.

• Stay current on evidence-based practices and state licensing requirements.

• Hours: Full-time

• Caseload: Small Caseload, Mid 40 range

• Required Qualification: Active MD SLP License
