Speech-Language Pathologist (K12 Schools)

Were looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time services that support student communication and learning across grade levels. In this school-based role, youll work directly with students to assess needs, deliver therapy, and contribute to individualized education plans in collaboration with a supportive team.

• Evaluate students for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders using formal and informal assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and educational needs.

• Deliver speech-language therapy to individuals and small groups.

• Communicate and coordinate with families, educators, and school staff to support student success.

• Keep accurate records of services provided and assist with Medicaid documentation as needed.

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical input and recommendations.

• Provide guidance on classroom strategies, communication supports, and assistive technology tools.
